The interior takes its references from the great Parisian brasseries of the early twentieth century — the banquette booth, the zinc bar, the marble table, the warm brass fixture — and recomposes them for a contemporary Dubai context. Aged leather, brushed brass, honed Calacatta marble, and herringbone timber underfoot.
